Welcome to our 3 BD house right on Eastman Lake in Grantham, NH!
This has been a multi generational family vacation home for 11 years and juuust about everything has been freshly renovated - the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, 3 common spaces (2 living rooms and one loft/office space).
The lake is just outside along with biking and hiking trails and several beaches.
Our home has everything you need for vacation - toys for the kids (beach and indoors), kayaks, tennis/pickle rackets and more!
The house layout is over 3 floors - each floor has a bedroom, bathroom and a common space. There is a large wraparound porch with outdoor dining and lounge chairs. You can see the lake from the porch and it's located just off the backyard and across the bike / walking path.

You have access to the whole house, porch and backyard!
There is a gym, indoor pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, trails, ice skating and more very nearby. You are able to purchase daily passes for these activities on the Eastman Website at about 10$/day. BUT Eastman offers a 4 person, 7day package for 100$ that is a great deal if you are staying more than 2 or so days and plan to use the facilities.
We are not located on site, but are available remotely and for emergencies.
Located in a the Eastman Lake Community - lake and beach access. Golf course, pool, gym and ice skating rink. Tennis, basketball and pickel ball. Clubhouse and restaurant. Many walking, biking and XC skiing trails!
You will need a car to get here - it's quite a private location in a small town! Once here we often just drive to the store or to a few of the local restaurants. Otherwise you can walk and bike around the lake! We spend most of the time NOT using the car once we are here :)
We love furry friends, but we are are sorry and cannot allow pets due to some family allergies :(
No smoking inside! If you smoke outside, please dispose of any trash!
No quiet hours inside particularly, but no loud music/noise that can be heard from outside after 9pm.
